good old-fashioned craftsmanship. We call
them "heirloom beers".
Accordingly, ShawneeCraft® beers are:

the entire nutrient from which they were
produced- unfiltered and unpasteurized.
- made from the finest ingredients, sourced
as locally and as organically as possible.
