The Gem is the proud home to ShawneeCraft® artisanal beers on tap.

In addition to our own handcrafted beer, we offer draft and bottled beers, wine by the glass or bottle, cocktails and Gem-tinis, well drinks to wet your whistle, and a fine selection of pub fare all available down in our Gem's BrewPub.

While you're visiting, don't get to check out our pool table, dart boards, 52 inch TV, and juke box - all on the lower level of the Gem.

House Wines – Corbett Canyon (California)
Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, White Zinfandel

Angoves 9 Vines Viogner (Australia)
Aromas of apricot, honeysuckle and flowers. This wine has a nice, lush texture with balanced backing acidity, and lots of fruit leading to a lingering tropical fruit and herbal finish.

Beringer White Merlot (California)
Bright acidity with fresh melon and citrus flavors. The wine is a vibrant blend of fresh berry and zesty orange peel flavors, with a hint of nutmeg spice.

Nobilo Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand)
Intense fruit flavors covering the whole spectrum, including rich ripe tropical flavors like pineapple, and a flinty minerality and bright acidity.

Clean Slate Riesling (Germany)
Peach aromas, lime notes, lively acidity, and a hint of mineral and spice.

Greg Norman Cabernet Chardonnay (Australia)
Integrated tropical flavors such as pineapple, mango, and papaya with citrus notes. These flavors delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout.

Sparkling Wine

Korbel Brut (California)
Uniquely, bottle-fermented Champagne. KORBEL Brut is light-tasting and crisp with a balanced medium- dry finish.

House Wines – Corbett Canyon (California)
Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot

Deakin Estates Shiraz (Australia)
Opens with rich blueberries and subtle notes of menthol and black pepper highlighted by some spicy vanillin oak. Rich and juicy with blueberry characters and well-balanced oak. The palate shows good structure with medium tannins and a lingering finish.

Cellar No. 8 Zinfandel (California)
Deep ruby in color, a classic Zinfandel that begins with aromas of black mission figs, black cherries and vanilla. The palate is filled with intense characters of vanilla, cherries, pomegranate and fig.

Jargon Pinot Noir (California)
Bright and seductive flavors of black cherry with a hint of strawberries, cola and dark tobacco. Has a smooth silky texture on the palate, followed by mild tannins that deliver structure and complexity.

Greg Norman Cabernet Merlot (Australia)
Vibrant and complex with aromas of spicy, red berry fruit, cinnamon and clove spice. The same abundant, vibrant fruit is reflected on the palate which also shows a hint of licorice, sweet cinnamon spice, and subtle cedary French oak.

Rich, full-bodied flavours of raspberry, plum and spice, retaining its red color and fruit flavor of youth.

Sandeman Reserve (Portugal)
Aged for 5 years and full of the power, fruit and fire. Intense ruby red color, brilliant and clean.
